If you order before 6:00 PM (on working days), your order will be processed immediately and you will receive it at home between 1-3 working days. If you ordered your order during the weekend? the package will arrive on Tuesday. Would you like to know more about how we ship and which postal service your order will arrive with?? How soon can I expect my order?
If you order with normal shipping via PostNL or DHL? Your package will be delivered within 2 working days. Sometimes the carrier can be very busy and your package may take longer.
Will I receive a track and trace code for my order??
Yes, you will always receive a code with which you can track your package! You will receive the track and trace code by email when the parcel service has collected your package from our sorting center.
Who will deliver my package?
Because we would like to have your package delivered as quickly as possible, we work together with various delivery services.
If you order on working days (Monday to Friday) before 6:00 PM? Your package will be shipped the same day via PostNL or DHL.
If you order during the weekend? The package will be delivered on Tuesday via PostNL or DHL.
What if I'm not at home when my order arrives?
PostNL/DHL will try to deliver the package to one of your neighbors or send it to a PostNL/DHL point near your home. PostNL/DHL always leaves a non-home message. You can see where your package went. If your package has been sent to a PostNL/DHL point? please collect it within 1 week. PostNL/DHL will then return your package to us.
Return
Personalized Products Our unique personalized products are made especially for you with your images or texts. Therefore, these products unfortunately cannot be returned. Because we cannot reuse them, there is no right of withdrawal for these products.
Non-personalized Products Have you ordered a product that is not personalized? Don't worry! You can return this within 30 days as described below.
Right of withdrawal As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within a certain period. This period starts as soon as you have received your order. Within this period you can cancel and return the products.
To cancel your order, please let us know by email or letter which products you wish to return, including your name, address and order number. After receiving your cancellation statement, we will send you instructions for returning the products. The costs and risk of returning are at your expense.
Return policy Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with no signs of use or damage. In the event of depreciation due to use that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the products, we may reject the return.
Refund Once we have received the returned products, we will refund the purchase price including any standard shipping costs as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed!
