Delivery
If you order before 18:00 (on working days), your order will be processed immediately and you will receive it at home within 1-3 working days. Did you place your order over the weekend? How quickly can I expect my order?
If you order with standard shipping via PostNL or DHL, your package will be delivered within 2 working days. Sometimes it can be very busy at the carrier and it can happen that your package takes longer.
Do I get a tracking code for my order?
Yes, you always receive a code with which you can track your package! You will receive the tracking code by email when the parcel service has picked up your package from our sorting center.
Who delivers my package?
Because we want to deliver your package as quickly as possible, we work with various delivery services.
Do you order on weekdays (Monday to Friday) until 6:00 PM? Then your package is sent via PostNL or DHL.
Do you order on the weekend? Then the package will be delivered on Tuesday via PostNL or DHL.
What if I'm not home when my order arrives?
PostNL/DHL will try to deliver the package to one of your neighbors or send it to a PostNL/DHL point near your home. PostNL/DHL always leaves a not-at-home message. On this, you can see where your package has gone. Has your package gone to a PostNL/DHL point? Then pick it up within 1 week. After that, PostNL/DHL will return your package to us.
