Delivery

At CollageDepot we create artworks that perfectly match your personal style and wishes. Each piece is custom made with care, ensuring a unique end result. Below we tell you all about our delivery processes!

We understand how important it is that your personal artwork is delivered to you in perfect condition. Our delivery process is designed to be both efficient and reliable, so you never have any surprises.

Production:
Once you place your order, our team of professionals gets to work. We use high-quality materials and the latest techniques to create a product that fully meets your needs. Production takes an average of 1 - 2 working days.
Dispatch:
After quality control, your artwork will be carefully packed and prepared for shipping. A specialized courier will pick up the package from us and take it to a depot, where it will usually stay for one night.
Delivery:
The next day your order will be delivered to the address or office you specified. We only work with carriers who have experience in safely transporting fragile and valuable products. This way we guarantee that your artwork will arrive in perfect condition.

What are the delivery times?

The total delivery time, including production and transport, is 2 to 5 working days . We will always keep you informed about the progress of your order and inform you as soon as the package has been shipped.

Track & Trace code

When shipping, you will receive an email from us with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to easily track your package and see when it will be delivered.

What happens when you're not home?

Are you not present at the time of delivery? No problem! Our transport partners will try to deliver the package to one of your neighbors. If this is not possible, the package will be taken to a collection point in your area. You will receive a notification with all the necessary information, so that you can easily pick up your artwork.

Packaging: safety guaranteed

Your order will be packed with the utmost care in special materials that offer protection against impact, moisture and other external factors. This will keep your artwork in top condition, regardless of the conditions during transport.

Returns

Return Policy at CollageDepot

At CollageDepot we only produce personalized artworks that are made especially for you. This means that your order is completely unique and tailored to your wishes. For this reason, the right of withdrawal expires, which means that it is not possible to return or cancel personalized products once production has started.

What if my order is damaged?

Although we do everything we can to deliver your order in perfect condition, in rare cases something can go wrong during transport. Therefore, check your package immediately upon receipt. Is there any damage? Then follow these steps:

Report the damage within 48 hours: Contact our customer service at info@collagedepot.com .
Send clear photos: Include photos of the damage and the packaging.
Together towards a solution: Our team will contact you as soon as possible to solve the problem for you!
